Silverbrook

Silverbrook is a residential community that connects everyday living with the mountain landscape and outdoor character of Montana’s Flathead Valley.

Roundhouse acquired Silverbrook in April 2025, adding a northern Kalispell community with a distinct connection to the Flathead Valley’s outdoor lifestyle to its Mountain West portfolio. One-, two-, and three-bedroom residences feature open living spaces, quartz countertops, and private patios or balconies, with vaulted ceilings and mountain views in select homes. A chalet-style resident clubhouse provides a central gathering place, complemented by a game room, outdoor lounge, and heated pool and spa.
