The Clara

The Clara is a 277-unit community shaped by the landscape and outdoor character of Eagle, Idaho.

Named for Clara Aikens, daughter of Eagle’s founder, The Clara was designed to embrace the natural setting that surrounds it. The 277-unit community sits alongside the Boise River and centers around a five-acre private lake, creating a residential experience where the landscape is as integral to the design as the buildings themselves. Residences range from one-, two-, and three-bedroom apartments to townhomes with attached garages, all expressed through a mountain-modern architectural aesthetic. At the heart of the community, the Lakehouse opens directly onto the water with dock and beach access, kayaks and paddleboards, and spaces designed for gathering indoors and out.
