Roundhouse acquired Cycle in 2024 as part of its expansion into Northern Colorado, drawn to the community’s scale, newer vintage, extensive amenity offering, and highly connected location. Adjacent to The Shops at Foothills and near the MAX transit line, Cycle offers immediate access to shopping, dining, entertainment, and the active lifestyle that defines Fort Collins. Following the acquisition, Roundhouse launched a comprehensive capital improvement program to elevate the resident experience and strengthen the community for its next chapter. Improvements center on the clubhouse and shared amenity spaces, building on an already robust offering that includes a resort-style pool, fitness and yoga spaces, coworking, a golf simulator, and outdoor gathering areas.
