Clovis Point
About

Clovis Point is a 208-unit community in Boulder County’s growing Longmont market.

Roundhouse acquired Clovis Point in 2024 as part of its expansion into Northern Colorado. Built in 2020 and located in southwest Longmont, the community offers a mix of studio, one-, two-, and three-bedroom apartments and townhomes, with access to Boulder, regional employment centers, and the outdoor recreation that defines the Front Range. The community’s amenity experience takes cues from its setting, with a rock-climbing wall, 24-hour fitness center, yoga studio, resort-style pool and soak deck, coworking spaces, and generous outdoor areas for recreation and gathering. Residences extend that approach with oversized windows, private patios and balconies, 10-foot ceilings, and dedicated gear storage in select homes. Together, the setting and amenity program give Clovis Point an identity that feels distinctly at home in Colorado.
