Percy, located on the ground floor of Hearth in downtown Boise, was named one of Yelp’s 25 Best New Restaurants of 2024 by Forbes.

Developed by Roundhouse, Hearth was envisioned as more than a residential community. Its location in the heart of downtown Boise and integration of street-level retail were designed to contribute to the energy and experience of the surrounding neighborhood.

Percy has become part of that experience, bringing a distinct dining destination to Hearth and adding to the growing culinary scene in downtown Boise.
