Dovetail

Dovetail is a 480-unit community that brings two distinct residential experiences together in Meridian, Idaho.

Located in the heart of Meridian, Dovetail brings together contemporary architecture, natural materials, generous green space, and an extensive collection of indoor and outdoor amenities. Originally developed as a 240-unit community, Dovetail has grown through a 240-home expansion that introduced new residences and a signature amenity experience while bringing the full community together under one identity. Pedestrian-focused pathways connect residences with gardens, recreation areas, and gathering spaces throughout the property, creating a community designed to encourage connection. At the center of the expanded community is a new clubhouse and resort-style pool experience, complemented by a golf simulator, fitness center, infrared saunas, coworking spaces, hot tubs, beach volleyball, community gardens, and outdoor gathering areas. Together, the original community and its expansion create a layered residential experience that reflects the active, outdoor-oriented character of the Treasure Valley.
