“I’m a very intuitive person. If I try to be overly rational and put all the pros and cons in a spreadsheet, I get myself into trouble. But if I follow my gut, I rarely make mistakes.”

Managing Partner, Affordable Housing

Wah began in real estate as a Rotary Scholar in Singapore in 1992 after graduating from Columbia University in New York. Upon graduation from UCLA’s Anderson School of Business with a Master of Business Administration in 2003, Wah has acquired, financed, built, and rehabilitated more than 2,500 units of affordable housing in urban center infill and transit-oriented revitalization projects. She has overseen the financing, development, lease-up, and stabilization and regulatory compliance of more than 25 low-income properties, and has conceptualized and executed complex multi-layered affordable subsidy housing transactions. Wah has expertise in permanent supportive housing, special needs populations, homeless populations, public/private partnerships, and New Market Tax Credits. Wah was critical in co-founding ‘Roundhouse Affordable’, with a mission to bring more Affordable Housing to the Mountain West for low-income individuals and working families.

Roundhouse’s mission to put humanity into housing is the singular focus of Casey’s leadership.  Since the Company’s inception, his efforts have been towards creating housing solutions that elevate people, the environment, and the cities we inhabit.
