Ruby McFerrin

Travel has shaped the way I see the world more than anything else. Experiencing different cultures and seeing how other people live has taught me to be open-minded, question my own perspective, and embrace opportunities that push me outside of my comfort zone.

Marketing Coordinator

Ruby started at Roundhouse as a Marketing Intern and was promoted to Marketing Coordinator, holding a marketing degree from Northern Arizona University and prior experience teaching English at an elementary school in Madrid. She supports marketing initiatives across the entire portfolio, working with both internal teams and external partners to keep messaging and creative consistent property to property. Her international teaching background sharpened her instinct for reading what an audience actually responds to versus what looks good on paper.

What excites me most is using marketing and reporting to understand what people are really looking for, then turning that into experiences that feel personal. I like staying curious, testing new ideas and finding ways to make our communities stand out in ways that feel uniquely their own.
