He studied Civil Engineering at UW-Madison, a foundation that shows in how he breaks down a portfolio problem into its structural components before proposing a fix. As Vice President of Asset Management at Roundhouse, his focus is the intersection of financial strategy and operational execution, translating balance-sheet decisions into what actually happens at the property level.
