Patrick Boel

I believe life is not ultimately about me, but about what I can do with my life for the benefit of others. Everything gives something off, and I think the spaces we design, the communities we build, and the way we show up for people all have the power to shape how they see, feel, and experience their own lives.
Managing Director, Development
Patrick has been with Roundhouse since its earliest days, helping build the firm's development capabilities from the ground up. As Managing Director he runs site selection, entitlement strategy, design management, and construction execution, backed by a Construction Management degree from Boise State and a Real Estate Finance and Development certificate from MIT. His expertise covers entitlements, risk management, and complex construction management, and he holds active affiliations with the Urban Land Institute and Idaho Business for Education.
I’m increasingly interested in the growing value of physical infrastructure in an increasingly digital world. AI and technology will continue to become more capable and more ubiquitous, but they ultimately depend on physical things being built, maintained, and operated. I believe the people who know how to turn ideas into physical reality, whether that’s housing, energy, water, or other infrastructure, will become increasingly valuable as technology becomes more of a commodity.
