Strategic Operations Manager

Megan has built her entire eight-year Roundhouse career from the ground up, starting as a Leasing Consultant in 2018 and advancing through Community Manager, Senior Community Manager, and Field Operations Specialist before becoming Strategic Operations Manager in 2025. Her hands-on experience spans lease-ups, stabilized assets, acquisitions, ownership transitions, and software rollouts, exactly the mix of skills her current role calls on to support on-site teams through training and systems implementation. She won Property Manager of the Year Under 150 Units from the Idaho Apartment Association in 2021 and the Roundhouse Champion Award in 2024.

The best leaders I know have a knack for communicating ambitious ideas in a way that feel approachable, and that's the work I care about most: turning vision into something tangible that shapes the everyday experience of everyone who interacts with our communities. I want to keep asking how we create spaces where people feel welcome and empowered to show up as their best selves.
