I love helping people, whether it's a resident, a coworker, or someone I just met five minutes ago. I'm a problem solver at heart, and I'm at my best when I've found a way to make something a little easier, better, or more positive for the people around me.

Field Operations Assistant Community Manager

Mazzy started her career in student housing in 2021, working her way from Leasing Agent to Leasing Manager before joining Roundhouse in 2023 as a Leasing Agent. She went on to serve as Assistant Manager for a multi-property lease-up and recently stepped into her current traveling Field Operations Assistant Manager role, supporting properties across the portfolio through transitions, staffing gaps, and operational needs. Her work spans onboarding and training on-site leasing teams, auditing renewals and move-out processes, coordinating unit turns, and coaching team members at the properties she visits. Before property management, she worked as a wildland firefighter and ski patroller in her home state of Montana, experience that shaped her comfort working hard in unpredictable environments.

Right now, I'm focused on building environments where people actually enjoy their work and feel like they can have fun doing it. I think the best resident experiences start with being human first: leading with empathy, trust, respect, and personality. Stepping into the traveling field operations role has been a highlight for me, too - I get to work with new properties and teams, meet new people, and find small ways to leave things a little better than I found them.
