Matt Fisher

My faith is the foundation for how I try to approach life, leadership, and work. I believe we’re stewards of the people and opportunities God puts in front of us, and I want to make the most of them while leaving people better than I found them.
Director of Field Operations, Construction
Matt built twelve years in construction management, including direct oversight of 670-plus units of Treasure Valley multifamily projects, and holds a B.Arch in Construction Management from Cal Poly San Luis Obispo. As Director of Field Ops he manages superintendents and field execution across active builds like The Clara (277 units), Black Cat (294 units), and Olivia (102 units), tracking schedules, budgets, and subcontractor performance day to day. He's the point of escalation between site crews and executive leadership when a project hits a snag, whether that's a permitting delay or a supply chain issue.
I’m really interested in how we build great teams as we grow—not just better processes, but better leaders. Construction will always give us problems to solve, but I think the bigger opportunity is creating teams where people take ownership, learn from each other, and enjoy accomplishing something difficult together.
