Madison Wardle

I am very independent by nature and that heavily influences my work style. I prefer to troubleshoot a problem or task on my own and I learn best by failing and picking myself back up again. I thrive in a supporting, behind-the-scenes role. I don't do well at being the center of attention, and because of this, I can come across as quiet or reserved at first — but I genuinely enjoy connecting with people once I open up, even if that might take a while.
Office Assistant
Madison built her front-desk and office administration skills across multiple school environments, including West Ada School District, Rolling Hills Public Charter School, and Boise Classical Academy, managing phone systems, scheduling, and day-to-day office organization. A stint hosting escape rooms added a fast-paced, front-facing dimension to that skill set, requiring quick reads on what a guest needed in the moment. She thrives working independently, troubleshooting a task on her own before asking for help, which suits a role that often means solving small logistical problems without anyone noticing.
I do my best work when I take care of the little things that most people wouldn't notice. It gives me a sense of accomplishment when I can see I made someone's day a little bit better just by doing a simple task. Even if it's as simple as pushing in chairs in a conference room or remembering someone's favorite snack, little moments like those make me remember why I love what I do.
