Controller

Kevin serves as Controller, running accounting, treasury, and financial management operations while coordinating closely with the Management, Development, and Asset Management teams. He holds a CPA license and a BBA in Accounting from Boise State, credentials that back up the rigor his role demands during a period of fast company growth and shifting accounting technology. He's building out his accounting team and testing new systems against real transaction volume before rolling them out company-wide, rather than adopting a tool on promise alone.

I appreciate the challenge of building and developing an accounting team during a time of high growth and emerging technology. Identifying opportunities to optimize our people, processes, and technology is key to our continued success.
