Kat serves as Vice President, Marketing & People at Roundhouse, where she leads Marketing, Human Resources and Training. Since joining the company, she has grown the marketing function and helped shape its brand, communications and approach to the employee and resident experience. Her expanded role brings these areas together to strengthen the culture, support continued growth and ensure Roundhouse’s mission is reflected in how the company operates and connects with people. Before joining Roundhouse, Kat developed and launched residential marketing strategies for communities across San Francisco, Los Angeles, Seattle and Arizona. Her work contributed to more than $1 billion in residential sales, including one of the fastest-selling condominium communities on the West Coast.
