Early in my career, a Regional Manager I worked under in Seattle taught me: if it looks like a duck and quacks like a duck, it probably is a duck. Working under her kept me sharp and always questioning, and that instinct, paired with doing the homework first, still shapes how I approach the work today.

Jodi has thirteen years in multifamily property management, moving through Leasing Consultant, Assistant Manager, Property Manager, and Regional Manager roles across Seattle, Houston, and Denver before returning to her hometown of Boise in 2020 and executing two luxury property lease-ups in record time. She joined Roundhouse in 2022 and was named Property Manager of the Year in 2018 by Allied Orion Group. Her range covers tax credits, due diligence, property acquisitions and sales, budget planning, and training, the kind of compliance-heavy work that affordable housing and lease-ups both demand.

Big picture, I want Roundhouse to be the leading authority in affordable property management, the name people think of when it comes to compliance expertise and thoughtful development. There's a real opportunity right now to set the standard others follow, not just keep up with it.
