Jennifer has over twenty years in multifamily property management, building from Leasing Consultant through a series of leadership roles before joining Roundhouse in 2025 as Regional Manager. Her expertise centers on market-rate and military housing, two segments with different compliance requirements and resident expectations that she's learned to run in parallel. She has a track record of driving performance metrics while building collaborative team cultures, leading with transparency about numbers and expectations.
