Jake brings four years of commercial and retail real estate accounting experience, including financial reconciliation of fund-level entities and managing financials for investor-owned funds. He earned his accounting degree from Boise State University in 2022 and has built specific skill in financial reporting for multi-entity portfolios, exactly the kind of structure Roundhouse's property-level accounting requires. As Property Accountant since August 2026, he handles account setup, systems management, investor distributions, booking company transactions, and reconciliation of multiple bank accounts, while also supporting property management and asset management teams during month-end close.

I've become fascinated with innovation — specifically, learning how we can become more efficient, effective, and optimized in our day-to-day work. There's something exciting about looking at a routine process and finding a smarter way to do it.
