Regional Manager

Jackie started her career in a serving position at a local bistro before being brought into apartment leasing, then worked her way up through Leasing Manager and Property Manager roles before landing in Regional Manager-level operations, the part of the business she calls her sweet spot. She grew as a professional alongside the small business she worked for, watching it develop into a full property management company, experience that gave her a ground-up view of what it takes to scale operations well. At Roundhouse she's focused on bringing that same elevated standard to the Minneapolis market.

I believe there's a version of this industry where residents feel genuinely taken care of and teammates feel just as supported. Efficiencies create opportunities — the more friction we clear from the back end, the more room we have to actually deliver that experience, and to find real purpose in doing it.
