Human Resources Generalist

Grace came to Roundhouse from a manufacturing and operations background, with a Bachelor of Science in Human Resources from the University of Idaho focused on HR management. Her expertise covers employee relations, compliance, and engagement across a multi-state workforce, requiring fluency in the specific labor regulations that vary state to state as Roundhouse grows. She's currently building out more proactive HR processes and data tools, aiming to flag opportunities for growth before problems surface rather than just responding after the fact.

I’m excited about the opportunity to make HR more proactive through better processes, data, and education. I’m especially interested in how we can use those tools not just to solve problems when they arise, but to identify opportunities for growth and create a stronger employee experience.
