Dennis joined Roundhouse in 2025 to support underwriting, financial analysis, market research, deal execution, and investment strategy for potential acquisitions and portfolio properties. Before Roundhouse, he worked as an analyst at Northland, where he was involved in over $1 billion of acquisitions and helped grow their multifamily portfolio into new and existing target markets. He holds a BS in Business Administration with a concentration in Finance and a minor in Sustainable Business Practices from Northeastern University.

I grew up in Boise and have watched the market in my backyard change in real time, as so much of the outcome is decided at the neighborhood level rather than the market level. Two submarkets can look identical from a map yet perform completely differently.
