Dan brings more than 25 years of experience in property operations, beginning his career as a Community Manager and going on to hold leadership roles with The Irvine Company, Carmel Partners, and Holland Partner Group. Prior to joining Roundhouse, he spent eight years with Holland, most recently serving as Executive Vice President of Residential, where he led the company’s residential business and oversaw a portfolio of approximately 20,000 units. As President of Roundhouse Communities, Dan leads the company’s property management platform, bringing a people-focused approach and deep operating experience to teams and communities across the portfolio.

As we grow, I’m focused on finding the right balance between consistency and good judgment. Strong systems and clear expectations matter, but not every situation fits neatly into a box. I want our leaders to understand the context, consider the people involved, and feel empowered to make the decision that creates the best outcome.
