Chelsea Barsanti

I believe your mood and outlook truly shape your life — staying positive and eager isn't about ignoring the hard stuff; it's about choosing the lens that keeps you moving forward. I try to lead with gratitude, soak up the little things and the people who matter, and never take life too seriously — a good laugh can fix almost anything.
Human Resources Generalist
Chelsea's path to HR wasn't linear: she coached cheerleading and managed coffee stands before moving into Human Resources through a four-year stint at Albertsons Supply Chain, which led her to Roundhouse. That management and coaching background shapes her HR approach directly, having taught her how much environment, morale, and appreciation actually determine whether an associate invests their effort into a company.
I'm drawn to places where you can keep learning and growing, and where collaboration is baked into how the work gets done. I don't need to have all the answers myself. I'd rather learn from the people around me as everyone brings different experiences, in life and in the workplace, to the table.
