Celia started her property management career in North Carolina overseeing single-family homes, building a base in operations, resident relations, and maintenance coordination before relocating to Bozeman, Montana to move into multifamily. She worked her way from Community Manager to Senior Community Manager in a market shaped by seasonal tourism swings and fast mountain-town growth, conditions that force a property team to adjust staffing and marketing on short notice. That experience now shows up in how she trains her team, pairing technical skill-building with real accountability for outcomes.

I strive to develop my team not only as employees, but also as individuals. I emphasize resilience, effective communication, accountability, and the importance of knowing and doing what is right.
