Cassidy joined Roundhouse Communities in 2026 as HR Manager, bringing experience across employee relations, talent acquisition, benefits, compensation, compliance, and policy development from prior work building HR programs for growing organizations. Her focus now is constructing people practices sturdy enough to scale with Roundhouse without adding bureaucratic weight, meaning she's building out policy and structure while still keeping day-to-day HR interactions personal. She takes a hands-on, strategic approach to strengthening the employee experience as the company grows.
