Brittany started in property management thirteen years ago in Portland as a Leasing Agent, working up through Assistant Manager, Community Manager, and Regional Manager before becoming Director of Property Operations, where she now runs teams across Roundhouse's Idaho portfolio. Her range covers large and diverse portfolios, lease-ups, HUD inspections, and complex capital improvement projects, along with the financial performance and strategic planning side of the business. She partners directly with leadership to turn on-the-ground realities into decisions that hold up at the portfolio level.

What has my attention is how much opportunity there still is in the operational side of this industry, the systems and processes that quietly determine whether a portfolio thrives. There are so many technology options out there now, and a big part of the opportunity is figuring out which ones actually earn their place versus which are just noise. I think the companies that win over the next decade will be the ones that build efficient operations underneath their growth, powered by intentionally chosen technology, which in turn allows their teams to thrive.
