Regional Manager

Brianna built more than a decade of property management experience starting as a Leasing Agent in California, moving through Assistant Manager and Property Manager roles before joining Roundhouse in 2024. She was quickly promoted to Senior Community Manager and then Regional Manager, earning Community Manager of the Year in Idaho, with expertise spanning both market-rate and LIHTC communities that carry different compliance requirements.

Right now, I'm really focused on my teams, how we can collaborate together and figuring out what helps each person be successful in their role and watching their confidence grow. I believe a strong team creates a strong community.
