Field Operations Support Manager

Brian entered property management in 2021 as a Leasing Consultant, moving into Field Leasing Specialist before becoming Field Operations Support Manager, a role recognized with a Leasing Professional of the Year award from the Idaho Apartment Association. His current responsibilities include supporting properties through leadership transitions and staffing gaps, onboarding new office team members, conducting operational audits, and providing one-on-one coaching for on-site teams.
