Andrea Chu

I lead with curiosity and collaboration. I value when people can leave their personal interests at the door to understand the underlying 'why'. What is the root cause of an issue? What drives and motivates people? While numbers can tell a compelling story and help us identify friction points, the 'why' is what drives us to make the right decisions for the company, our people, and our residents.

Accounting Manager

Andrea built her foundation in public accounting as an auditor, where she assessed business processes, internal controls, and financial statements across a range of client organizations. Before joining Roundhouse, she supported local nonprofits in building their own financial procedures from the ground up, work that required translating audit-level rigor into something a small organization could actually sustain. As Accounting Manager, she's now applying that same discipline to Roundhouse's internal controls and analytical processes as the company scales.

As the company grows, I am focused on building the systems, tools, and knowledge base that will allow us to scale. For accounting, this means honing the team's analytical capabilities and strengthening the foundation of our processes and internal controls. For our on-site teams and the company as a whole, this means reliable and robust financial reporting that is actionable.
