Alondra performs the financial modeling and research behind Roundhouse's acquisitions, developments, and portfolio management decisions as an Investment Analyst. She graduated from Arizona State University with a BS in Finance and built her technical foundation through internships at Dominium and STORE Capital, gaining direct exposure to affordable housing finance and sale leaseback structures before joining Roundhouse.

It's exciting to think that what we're doing today will last for years. Finding the right investment often means securing great housing for lots of people for a long time.
